Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to join Aidoc’s engineering organization, building and evolving complex products and platforms at scale. You will work across frontend, backend, and data layers, taking end‑to‑end ownership of features from design through production support.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex features across frontend, backend services, and databases, owning the full lifecycle from implementation to production support.
• Write high‑quality, production‑grade code with focus on reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering partners to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Contribute to system architecture and technical design, promoting best practices, clean code, testing, CI/CD, and observability.
• Mentor teammates, share knowledge, and help raise the engineering bar across teams.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional experience building complex software systems.
• Proven hands‑on experience delivering large‑scale production systems end‑to‑end.
• Strong understanding of computer‑science fundamentals, object‑oriented design, data structures, performance, and complexity.
• Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in English.
• Curiosity, self‑learning ability, and proactive problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Experience working across both frontend and backend domains.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for systems and features.
