Retail Sales Associate (M/W)

About the role

As a Retail Sales Associate at Club Med Resorts you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the resort shop. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, understand guest needs and help them find the right products while contributing to the overall sales performance of the outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, identify their needs and provide tailored advice.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Manage inventory, supply and storage, ensuring the shop follows Club Med merchandising standards.
• Design attractive product layouts and maintain visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with other resort services (sports, events, etc.) to promote and set up commercial activities.
• Ensure compliance with health‑and‑safety regulations and protect resort assets.

Required skills

• Cash‑register operation (POS) and basic inventory management.
