About the role

We are seeking a Public Sector Strategy Consultant to join our team and support government clients. The role involves conducting rigorous analyses, generating actionable insights, and delivering high‑quality consulting outputs. You will work closely with subject‑matter experts and stakeholders to address complex public‑sector challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to uncover patterns and insights.
• Develop professional deliverables such as reports, presentations, and recommendations.
• Lead defined project tasks from initiation through delivery, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Conduct interviews and working sessions to gather information and derive insights.
• Collaborate with client subject‑matter experts to identify issues, gaps, and obstacles.
• Contribute to the formulation of recommendations, work plans, and implementation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in research, analysis, or consulting roles.
• Proven ability to manage tasks end‑to‑end and exercise professional judgment.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and presenting findings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using AI‑enabled tools for analysis and content creation.
