About the role

Advancemed LTD is expanding its movement and rehabilitation centre in Petah Tikva and seeks an energetic Gym Coach / Instructor to work shift‑based hours. The role focuses on guiding members through safe workouts, building strong client relationships, and maintaining a high‑standard training environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise gym members, demonstrate correct technique and ensure safe equipment usage.
  • Provide a welcoming, polite experience and foster encouraging client relationships.
  • Rapidly learn and integrate new training methodologies into daily sessions.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional training floor in line with facility standards.

Required profile

  • Graduate of Wingate or Lewinsky Colleges with a Ministry‑approved gym instructor certificate.
  • Fluent Hebrew; English or Russian proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Highly polite, excellent interpersonal skills, quick learner, eager to share knowledge.
