Graphic Designer (mid-level) – Lingerie Brand for US Market

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑level Graphic Designer to help shape the visual identity of an emerging lingerie brand targeting the U.S. market. Based in Israel and working in a remote‑first environment, you will translate brand strategy into bold, culturally relevant visuals across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously evolve the brand book, ensuring a distinctive and consistent visual identity.
• Create and adapt assets for the website, social media, email campaigns, digital ads, and other customer‑facing touchpoints.
• Retouch campaign imagery and e‑commerce photography, including color correction, to maintain a premium visual standard.
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to turn brand strategy into compelling visual concepts.
• Design offline materials such as lookbooks, packaging, event collateral, and print advertising.
• Contribute to moodboards, visual concepts, and overall aesthetic direction.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting quality, consistency, and deadline requirements.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in fashion, lingerie, beauty, or premium consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated design work, visual storytelling, and a clear personal point of view.
• Excellent command of layout, typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving, remote environment and manage competing priorities.
