Full Stack Developer – AI‑Enabled Applications

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our Digital Workplace team. You will work on cutting‑edge, AI‑enhanced projects, using advanced coding assistants to deliver scalable, secure applications for a variety of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services with Python (required) and optionally .NET.
• Build responsive front‑end applications using React or Angular, applying modern design libraries and design systems.
• Architect and implement AI‑powered solutions, including Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate tools and frameworks that meet business needs.
• Leverage AI‑assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Amazon CodeWhisperer to boost productivity and code quality.
• Collaborate with product, design, data‑science, and client teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure, following best engineering practices.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging AI, full‑stack, and development‑tool technologies.
