FP&A Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance Department. As a key player at the heart of our decision‑making process, you will partner with diverse brands and business units, influencing strategy and working directly with senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on the monthly review of business results, analyzing performance against budget and recommending improvements.
• Partner in the development and building of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Analyze gross profit and operating expenses across various brands and business units.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and operational reviews for business units.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analyses to support strategic decisions and identify automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3‑6 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, preferably in the retail sector.
• Strong analytical capabilities, structured thinking, and ability to work under pressure during month‑end and quarter‑end closes.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Hands‑on experience with BI tools such as QlikView or Qlik Sense.
