Financial Systems Project Manager

About the role

abra is looking for a Financial Systems Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end initiatives that integrate innovative digital solutions with existing legacy finance platforms. The role is full‑time, based in Modi'in, and operates on a Sunday‑to‑Thursday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, schedule, and execute financial system projects from concept to full implementation.
• Monitor milestones, manage risks, remove obstacles, and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate the synchronization of new digital tools with core legacy systems.
• Collaborate closely with senior managers, technology leaders, and business partners to maintain alignment.
• Oversee project timelines, priorities, dependencies, and deliverables throughout the lifecycle.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of complex financial processes and hands‑on experience with financial data sets.
• Proven track record using Agile and Scrum project‑management methodologies.
• Experience managing AI‑driven projects and process‑automation initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field (advantageous).
