Finance Transformation Technology & AI Consultant

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Finance Transformation Technology & AI Consultant to help clients modernise finance, billing and revenue processes using cutting‑edge technology and AI. You will work across multiple industries, translating business challenges into scalable, technology‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage finance transformation projects, defining scope, timelines and deliverables while coordinating with stakeholders.
• Analyse finance, billing, revenue and operational workflows to uncover inefficiencies and propose technology‑enabled improvements.
• Gather requirements from finance, revenue operations, billing and business teams to design scalable solutions.
• Support implementation and configuration of finance technology platforms such as ERP, CPQ, billing and revenue management systems.
• Translate complex business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI and emerging technologies to optimise processes.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams—including Finance, Sales Operations, IT and Product—to drive transformation initiatives.
• Develop documentation, training materials and best‑practice recommendations to ensure successful adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in finance, accounting, revenue operations, billing operations or finance transformation.
• Strong understanding of accounting, billing, revenue or finance processes.
• Experience working in a finance department, preferably within a large technology or SaaS environment.
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to support global teams.
