Director of Marketing

About the role

This senior, commercially‑minded position is based in Israel and leads the full marketing strategy for a fast‑growing company. You will act as a player‑coach, guiding a team while staying hands‑on with performance data, creative execution, and optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the overall marketing strategy across acquisition, conversion, retention, lifecycle, brand, content and community.
• Lead marketing analytics and reporting to maintain visibility into channel performance, customer behaviour and lifetime value.
• Drive profitable customer acquisition and ticket sales across markets, overseeing paid media, SEO and other growth channels.
• Oversee e‑commerce and digital conversion performance, including landing pages, offers, booking journeys and checkout.
• Build repeatable playbooks for launching and scaling new locations in partnership with Operations.
• Identify and test new channels, audiences, partnerships and creative concepts.
• Own retention and loyalty programmes such as email, SMS, memberships and referrals.
• Protect and evolve the brand, leading content, social, influencer, PR and community activation.
• Lead, coach and develop the Marketing team.
