Business Development Representative

About the role

Cover is a fast‑growing insurtech startup making pension and insurance management simple, transparent, and optimized for individuals and businesses. We are looking for a driven, people‑oriented Business Development Representative to connect with the right companies and create new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and actively approach relevant prospects through outbound and inbound channels.
• Connect with prospects via calls, LinkedIn, email, virtual meetings, and face‑to‑face interactions.
• Understand prospects’ needs and pinpoint strong potential opportunities.
• Generate high‑quality meetings for Account Executives.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects throughout the initial sales process.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to continuously improve outreach and conversion.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or another client‑facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable proactively approaching and engaging new people.
• Ability to quickly understand customer needs and identify relevant opportunities.
• Goal‑oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
• Excellent Hebrew and good English.
