Business Development Manager

About the role

Moonshot Marketing is seeking a motivated, strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth, manage high‑value partnerships, and expand the company’s global reach across its core verticals in ad‑tech, iGaming and Fintech.

Key responsibilities

• Research, identify, and develop new global revenue streams and business opportunities.
• Own the full commercial, financial, and marketing lifecycle of a high‑value partner portfolio.
• Use data‑driven insights to negotiate terms, maximize ROI, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align performance and meet partner requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in online performance marketing or ad‑tech (iGaming or Fintech experience a plus).
• Fluent English and currently based in Israel with eligibility to work locally.
• Advanced analytical and negotiation skills with high proficiency in Excel for ROI tracking.
• Willingness to travel internationally for industry conferences.
• Ability to manage large, complex customer portfolios independently and across functions.
